When do the unique conditions received in the offer come into effect?
The individual conditions received in the quotation are valid for 30 days from the date of issue of the quotation. Within this period, the offer becomes effective upon signing the framework contract. If the validity period has expired, please contact our sales department to prepare a new offer.

What information do I need to provide to request an offer?
To prepare the offer, we need an average number of packages broken down daily, weekly or monthly. In addition, we need to know the composition of the packages, the products to be delivered, as well as the goods collection requirements.
