What happens to my package in a Central Warehouse?
In our domestic and international distribution centres, we use automatic sorting systems to sort the parcels according to their destination. That is why correct packaging and labelling is so important.
I only have used boxes. Can I use them for packaging?
Yes, but in this case please remove any previously used ID labels and barcodes from the boxes. Also make sure that the packaging material is still in a good condition to protect the contents and does not damage other parcels.
How can I send a parcel as a private person?

What can I do if I receive a damaged parcel?
If you encounter damaged contents after unpacking the parcel, notify the sender from whom you ordered the product as soon as possible. We can initiate a complaint procedure when the sender notifies us.
